This is so easy - and looks really impressive. look for a pice of wood on the seashore . Clean it carefully.
take a mold in silicone with letters. You need "marmorino"or plaster of Paris.
Mix equal parts tap water with plaster of Paris and stir together until smooth. The mixture will still be thick.
Then pour it into molds.
Allow the molds dry completely. This could take a few hours to a few days depending upon the size mold you are using.
When the letters are ready stick them onto the piece of wood with VINAVIL
Allow dry. Add a flatting to make the chalk stronger...Hang it on the wall.
